PNCWA Awards Program - Operator of the year
Acknowledging individual and system contributions to our very essential industry is a key function of PNCWA. We hope you will explore the details regarding the awards and nominate people of excellence on an ongoing basis.
The awards are presented at our annual conference and nominations are accepted from throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Operator of the Year (for treatment plant operators)
Idaho, Oregon and Washington sections may nominate for their stateís most outstanding operator (processes vary per state). The award represents outstanding job performance of regular duties, and individual or collective accomplishments of an experimental, developmental or innovative nature. (Section membership is required.)The downloadable form is for when nominations are ready to be forwarded to PNCWA for the PNCWA operator of the year. It does not address your state requirements although you may use it as a cover sheet for your state Operator of the Year. For information, check with your local section president regarding the process/timeline for your area, or John Shawcroft, OYA working group chair.

Collections System Operator of the Year
The PNCWA Board has recently approved this award, by recommendation of the PNCWA Collections Committee, to go hand in hand with the existing Operator of the Year Award generally given to treatment plant operators. Idaho, Oregon and Washington sections may nominate for their state’s most outstanding operator (processes vary per state). The award represents outstanding job performance of regular duties, and individual or collective accomplishments of an experimental, developmental or innovative nature.
