Monday: Opens 7:00 AM for continental breakfast in Exhibit hall but exhibitors need not man their booth unless they wish

Monday evening closing reception: 5:00 - 7:00 PM

Take down: Monday Sept. 22, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM All exhibits must be removed from floor by 9:00 PM

General Exhibit info

How Much
$750 also includes access to all technical sessions for two individuals. Extra nametags for Exhibit Floor Only are $20. You may add luncheons or other meals separately for an additional fee.

How Will Space Be Assigned

Reservations with payments will be assigned in the order of date/time received or accomplished online.

Phase I: Your initial signup reserves a space.

Phase II: After signups have completed (or sooner if possible) reserved and paid exhibitors will be able to indicate a preference for booth location, and preferences will be honored (see below) in order of the receipt of the original reservation. During the booth choice phase, you may indicate up to 8 booth preferences, and up to 4 booth separation preferences.

Phase III:If the requested space selections are not available, the “next best available” space will be assigned.

Booths:
Booths are 10’ wide by 8’ deep with one 6 ‘ table pipe & drape, 2 chairs and small trash can. Electrical may be ordered separately and forms for requesting additional services or items will be made available to confirmed exhibitors at a later date.
