Webinar: Water Sector Priorities Before Congress and the Trump Administration for 2018

The results of the November 2016 General Election have already had substantial effects upon the nation’s policies and priorities, including impacts to the water sector. This webcast will explore the potential policy goals of the Trump Administration and Congress in 2018, and how that process may play out. In early 2018, President Trump and Congress are expected to propose a major package to increase investments in the nation’s infrastructure, as well as new legislative proposals and funding through the annual appropriations process that will impact the nation’s environmental policies and investments in infrastructure. With much of the senior staff now in place at the EPA and other federal agencies, the webcast will also review the most important regulatory and policy issues expected in the year ahead.
