Exhibitor Signup

General exhibit booth signup will open online on Monday, June 26 at 1:00 PM Pacific.

Priority Sponsorship commitment and signup opened online on Tuesday, June 13 at 10:00 AM Pacific and runs through June 20 (but sponsorships welcome at any time). Sponsors whose benefits include priority booth placement and who exercise that option by June 20 will have booths assigned before general exhibit booth signup is opened.

The PNCWA2017 Annual Conference will be October 22-25 in Vancouver, WA. The exhibit floor portion will be Monday Oct. 22 evening and Tuesday Oct. 23 all day, and the schedule is below. 

Booths in the main Exhibit Hall are $1100 or $1300 depending on placement. Table top exhibits in the foyer areas are $1100.

The exhibitor fee includes a conference Technical Package registration for up to two individuals per booth or table, so you can attend sessions and networking events for more value.
