Over 600 professionals from the wastewater treatment and collections systems industry in the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain Regions are expected to attend. We are glad to welcome you to the 2010 Annual Conference in Bend one of the all round best facilities we have ever been in. The Riverhouse is located at 3075 N. Business 97, Bend, Oregon 97701.

The trade exhibits portion of the conference will be Oct. 25-26.

How Much
$850—This year includes an opening reception on the Exhibit Floor, and an exhibitor sponsored Micro-Brew Beer Tasting event on the Exhibit Floor during the closing Reception. Luncheon for up to two attendees per booth on Tuesday is also included. Also includes access to all technical sessions for two individuals. Extra nametags for Exhibit Floor only are $25.

Space Availability
Booths are 10’ wide by 8’ deep, carpeted, with pipe & drape, one 8’ table, standard 110 electrical, 2 chairs and wastebasket. Extra electrical may be ordered separately and forms for requesting additional services or items will be made available to confirmed exhibitors at a later date. There is also a limited number of outside high visibility equipment display spaces adjacent to the facility.

SCHEDULE: The exhibits are open Monday 5:00 - 7:00 PM, and Tuesday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

How Will Space Be Assigned
Reservations with payments will be assigned in the order of date/time received or accomplished online.

• Phase I: Your initial signup reserves a space. Payment can be by card or check.
• Phase II: Immediately after signup you may indicate booth preferences in the online system. During the booth choice phase, you may indicate up to 8 booth preferences, and up to 4 booth separation preferences. If the requested space selections are not available, the “next best available” space will be assigned.
• Phase III: Confirmed and paid exhibitors will receive an exhibitors manual with shipping instructions, order forms for extra electrical, etc.

When Will Space Be Assigned
Space reservations and booth preferences are confirmed immediately on signup. Actual booth assignments may not be confirmed until mid September, 2010.

As a standard requirement of all of our show exhibitors, it may necessary for you to provide proof of general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $5,000,000 in all.

If you do not have this coverage in place, we have made arrangements for all of our exhibitors to acquire this coverage at significant savings by purchasing as part of a group. Please click the link below, complete a short questionnaire and you will obtain this coverage for $75plus tax.
