Wendy Waudby, P.E., LEED AP (Water and Wastewater Engineer @Cascade Energy)
Wendy Waudby has 15 years of experience in energy efficiency, wastewater treatment plant design, reuse, and wastewater service charges. She has worked as a consultant and a regulator and worked for a wastewater agency. She graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. and M.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering.

Gilbert McCoy (Energy Systems Engineer @Washington State University Energy Program)
Worked at the Washington State Energy Office and WSU Energy Program as an Energy Systems Engineer for over 30 years. Have conducted many audits of steam, process heating, compressed air, pumping and motor and drive systems at industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities. Currently funded through the U.S. Department of Energy’s Northwest Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Technical Assistance Partnerships program to conduct Qualification Screenings and offer Technical Assistance to those interested in installing CHP projects. Client group includes industry, universities, military bases, commercial facilities, wastewater treatment plants, dairies, and government buildings.
