Leadership Development CommitteeThe Leadership Development Committee (LDC) promotes mentoring and leadership advocacy through participative leadership training in PNCWA. We support the members of PNCWA and others in the water profession by conducting leadership training including workshops and webinars, increasing mentoring opportunities, and supporting current PNCWA leaders in succession planning and other matters. We also developed the PNCWA Leadership Certificate Program. We meet via video conferencing once a month and have an in-person meeting at the Annual Conference.
