Seeking Membership Feedback

The Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association is governed by a Constitution and Bylaws. From time to time, changes are needed to these documents. In these instances, the Constitution and Bylaws (C&B) Committee recommends changes to the Board and the membership.

This year, the C&B Committee has recommended changes in the Bylaws updating the nomination process for board members to reflect a more accessible process which occurs earlier in the year, before the annual conference and business meeting. Members are requested to review the proposed changes and to send any comments to the Board by August 5th, 2023. Comments will be considered by the Board before any changes are made to the Bylaws. The proposed modifications can be found on pages 8 and 10 of the Bylaws, available here for review [insert link]. No changes are proposed to the Constitution.
